**Public Announcement –Coronavirus (COVID -19)- January 2021 Update **
The Prime Minster has announced a further national lockdown and although we would like to welcome clients in the future, at the moment our office doors will be closed from Wednesday 6th January 2021 enabling us to keep both our staff and our clients as safe as possible. Here at Murray Hills we would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of clients, colleagues and partners is at the heart of all we do, our teams are still working and here to help you with your legal needs, but at the present time we are unable to open our doors and welcome you in as we would like.
Some of our colleagues will be working from home using secure networks, equipment and processes to keep your data safe and disruption to a minimum, but we would ask you to kindly be mindful of this situation and the unusual circumstances that may lead to a slightly slower response time than you are used to from our teams.
In our offices we have personal protection equipment in place throughout, with screening and sanitizing stations to keep staff members that are unable to work from home as safe as possible. As the national lockdown has come into force we would like to reassure you that we can still provide for your legal needs via the telephone, email, post service and video call helping us to reduce risk and continue to provide you with an efficient service. We did use these tools in the first national lockdown and throughout 2020 to great effect and you can see some of the comments from clients in our testimonial section HERE
We understand that this is frustrating and we would like to re-assure you that it is frustrating for our team also, it is second nature to everyone here at Murray Hills to make you feel comfortable and to welcome you in for a chat, but in these unprecedented times we must put the safety of you and our teams first.
We look forward to continuing to work with both new and existing clients in our specialist areas of Property Law, Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney and Trusts and thank you for your understanding and assistance at this time.
