Murray Hills Solicitors branch offices in Bridlington, Hull and Beverley have secured the national Law Society’s legal practice quality mark, Lexcel, for the fourth year running.
Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client care. It is developed specifically for the legal profession.
It is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.
To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, a practice must undergo a rigorous initial then annual application and assessment process. This includes conducting background checks and an on-site visit from an independent experienced trained Lexcel assessor.
Keith Murray, managing Director said
“We are very proud to have again secured the Lexcel accreditation mark for the fourth year running. It is the dedication of our staff to excellent client care and best practise that makes achieving Lexcel possible.”
“The accolade is awarded by the national Law Society, gaining and maintaining the same is a considerable feat. By displaying the Lexcel mark on our letterhead we can assure clients that Murray Hills Solicitors have their best interests at heart and run an efficient well managed practice enabling us to provide a very high standard of care and service. The scheme is a shining example of quality to clients”.
Robert Bourns, President of the Law Society of England and Wales said
“Delivering good client care and maintaining a strong client relationship are essential for solicitors and those gaining and maintaining Lexcel show their dedication to go above and beyond. Committing to high standards in customer service and practice management is fundamentally important in today’s evermore competitive legal services market.
By undergoing an independently assessed Lexcel accreditation, firms can demonstrate their commitment and consistent determination to exceed client expectations, improve overall satisfaction and assist regulatory compliance.
The quality mark is an objective and external assurance for clients and potential clients alike.”
Murray Hills Solicitors specialise in Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney, Change of Name Deeds and Property Law, as well as Lexcel Murray Hills also hold the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation (CQS) which provides a quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Buying and selling a property can be daunting, not only is it probably one of the largest financial transactions most people undertake but it can also be confusing and stressful at times. By achieving CQS Murray Hills Solicitors demonstrate that our dedicated property teams have the necessary skills and expertise to guide you through the process.
Keith Murray added
“By achieving and maintaining both accreditations we hope to demonstrate our dedication and commitment to all of our clients. I believe that our friendly, approachable and professional staff enables us to meet the individual needs of our clients and provide an efficient service from start to finish”.
