**Public Announcement –Coronavirus (COVID -19)- November 2020 Update **
Here at Murray Hills we would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of clients, colleagues and partners is at the heart of all we do. Our team are still working and here to help you with your legal needs, please call us on 01262 672249 or email email@example.com
We worked hard throughout the first lock down period to get everything in place to enable our teams to return to working in the office safely and continue this throughout 2020.
We have our PPE in place throughout the office, with screening and sanitizing stations in place. We are continuing to operate a closed door policy and would ask that should you wish to visit the office please give our team a call to arrange an appointment (Bridlington office, Hull office). Please be aware that if you arrive at our office without an appointment we will not be able to see you. If you have a meeting scheduled at one of our offices, we would ask that if you or a family member are suffering from symptoms described in the latest NHS advice that you should cancel your appointment and stay at home. We would also ask all clients to consider whether your visit is completely necessary and wherever possible communicate with us via email, telephone, post and Skype, helping us to reduce risk and continue to provide you with an efficient service.
When attending an appointment within our office you will notice that there have been a number of changes taken place to ensure the safety of yourself and our team and to comply with the guidelines set out by the Government. Upon entering our office please wear a face covering, you will notice that there are markings on the floor which indicate a safe social distancing zone from all members of our team, within this zone there are hand sanitizing facilities available – we also have screens in place on all desks. Please do not think our team our being rude by not offering a drink when you visit or when they do not shake your hand as you leave, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are not allowed to do these things. We understand that this is frustrating and we would like to re-assure you that it is frustrating for our team also, it is second nature to everyone here at Murray Hills to make you feel comfortable and to welcome you in for a chat but in these unprecedented times we must put yours and our teams safety first.
We look forward to continuing to work with both new and existing clients in our specialist areas of property law, Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney and Trusts and thank you for your understanding and assistance at this time.
