A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to give the people you trust the power to make decisions on your behalf in the event that you become physically or mentally incapable of doing so.

There are different types of Lasting Powers of Attorney depending on what areas of your life you would like an attorney to have control of.

Our highly experienced team are capable of guiding you through this complicated area of law and helping you to decide which affairs to appoint an attorney in respect of.  We will ensure that your Lasting Power of Attorney is appropriately registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
